Human Rights Management Declaration
ANG Technology recognizes sustainability and social responsibility as key management values.
To this
end, we support the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and the Ten
Principles of the UN Global Compact (UNGC),
and apply them to our operations. We declare the
following to respect and promote the human rights of all stakeholders and business partners affected
by our business activities.
- 1. We support and respect international and domestic norms on human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption
- 2. We strive to avoid involvement in human rights violations and actively seek remedies if violations occur.
- 3. We guarantee the freedom of association and collective bargaining, and work toward employment stability and the creation of quality jobs.
- 4. We prohibit all forms of forced labor and child labor
- 5. We do not discriminate in employment or business based on race, religion, disability, gender, education, age, nationality, region, political, views, pregnancy, or childbirth.
- 6. We ensure a safe and healthy work environment and uphold industrial safety and health.
- 7. We protect personal information obtained during business and respect consumers' right to access information.
- 8. We respect and protect the right to life, safety, and property of local communities in our business areas.
- 9. We comply with environmental laws and strive to protect the environment and prevent environmental disasters.
- 10. We engage in fair and transparent transactions with all partners, promote mutual growth, and support the practice of human rights management across our supply chain.
